Completed my fourth failed DE cycle end October and am struggling to lose the 4 kilos I put on during treatment. Am back to my usual routine of training 4 times a week and have even cut my calorie intake to no more than 1600 calories per day -- much less than I normally eat -- but the last 2 kilos just wont go away. My breasts also enlarged substantially during the treatment, and were busting out my bra, and have not returned to their normal size. What's more, my nipples are engorged and tender. Is this normal 1 month after coming off the meds? Any suggestions on how to reduce the treatment weight?

Check out the website Marksdailyapple.com for his ideas on diet and nutrition, I am a true believer. He is not a quack and everything he writes about is well researched and matches up with latest science on nutrition. I think it will explain about cutting calories and lots of exercise and not losing weight. Go to the part where it says start here, and there should be posts on the basics. It is not a gimmicky diet plan, but rather eating for good health and vitality. It has changed my life, my mood, my weight and how puffy I am not now. Here is a link to the basics:
