Struggling to lose extra kilos in between treatment

Hi Ladies
Completed my fourth failed DE cycle end October and am struggling to lose the 4 kilos I put on during treatment. Am back to my usual routine of training 4 times a week and have even cut my calorie intake to no more than 1600 calories per day -- much less than I normally eat -- but the last 2 kilos just wont go away. My breasts also enlarged substantially during the treatment, and were busting out my bra, and have not returned to their normal size. What's more, my nipples are engorged and tender. Is this normal 1 month after coming off the meds? Any suggestions on how to reduce the treatment weight?
