Hi all! I would love to join the Ya-Yas! You all are such a wonderful, warm group of ladies (and a couple men, too!)

My name is Maureen and you can see most of my story in my sig line. We're not absolutely sure what's our next course of treatment, but DH is taking Fertility Blend (fingers crossed), and we're planning on trying another IUI or 2 before we go to IVF#2. We're really hoping the FB makes a difference so we don't "waste" another IVF cycle (RE guessed that it was bad sperm and not me that caused it to fail).

Other than that, I'm keeping busy with my 3 grown dogs, and brand new puppy (6 weeks old), and working on rebuilding our house!! Hopefully we'll have a family in the works when it comes time to move in! Oh yeah, and there's my job mixed in there somewhere! LOL!

    Hope everyone's doing well today!

    DS Ment

I confess... I have been lurking here...

I'm in between waiting to start IVF #4 in June TTC#2. I cycled in Feb and in April and both were cancelled due to not enough follies. My DX is unexplained. My RE believes we have chromosonal issue although he has never tested us. I'm having PGD done so we need to have as many as possible. (DS is a result of a PGD cycle). My 1st 3 cycles I've had 11,15 and 11 eggies so we know I can do better.

Let see I spend my time when not at work playing with DS & DH, crafts (crocheting, no sew fleece blankets, scrapbooking), house work etc.

I would like to say that I'm jealous of all of you meeting in Toronto. Sounds like you are all going to have an amazing time together. I can't wait to hear about it and see pictures.

    Thanks for making me delurk!

I'll pop back out of lurk mode. I'm an avid ya-ya lurker. I used to be one, but I just didn't post much on here, and fell out of ya-yahood. (BTW, my user name is changed I used to be someone else. If ya want to know who, just PM me. I'll be glad to share. ) I'm not doing any treatments, nor are we planning to do anymore. We haven't given up, just moved on and are focusing on improving our family as it is. I remember my days of IVF very well and felt a close bond to some of you, so i'm always here, rooting for everyone quietly. I have always kept up to date on the "crew" from back when (Flex, Cubanita, Peggy, Leslie, Kirsten, the whole gang, you get the idea.)

Anyway, here I am, de-lurked, for all to see.

Okay, I'll admit I've been lurking horribly (just the term "lurk" makes me cringe...LOL). My life has pretty much gone downhill and I haven't felt like good company, so I haven't contributed to any threads, but I hope to change that!! I see so much support here, so I would honored to be a YA-YA!!! I have a feeling I will forever be "in-between" txs and would love compassionate, empathetic ears to vent to. The few times I have posted, I have felt very welcome, so here goes....

I love, love, love to bead. I am "mom" to 3 furbabies. We are living in MA, for the time being (we are facing a "fly by the seat of our pants" move by the end of May, I say that b/c we still have not decided where we are going....LOL). I am a burnt out EMT that still loves most aspects of my job but getting too old to it!!! My favorite season is spring b/c everything feels brand new all over again!! Hmmmm....anything else I should include?? Did I mention I like to bead??
