Extremely low beta, but doubling

3/22 beta#3: 171 17dp5dt
3/24 beta#4: 356 19dp5dt

I might have to do one more beta (find out tomorrow) they also said to schedule an u/s end of next week. I

congrats rhonda on the good doubling numbers. sending even more doubling vibes your way and keeping fingers crossed for a heartbeat!

i was diagnosed with pcos and did a round of clomid this cycle. i had a positive opk on 3/8, and we had bms all around that date. so i am keepign fingers crossed that betas are where they need to be. i will be having them drawn again tonight. (i work at a hospital so i can get it done there) good luck to everyone and i will update when i have the new beta.

just had my 3rd beta done and here are the results

12 dpo beta 19.3
14 dpo beta 93
16 dpo beta 316

i am feeling good now about these numbers. currently 4 weeks 3 days along. was wondering if anyone thought these numbers may mean twins??

i am freaking out now. last night while i was working i had a bit of pressure on my right side and when i went to the bathroom noticed some brown spotting. so i checked into the er and when they did a repeat of my hcg it was only 418. it was still rising, but it had been 316 1.5 days before hand. i had one other incidence of the spotting yesterday that was brownish red......this morning the spotting has stopped and my basal temp is 99, so my temp has stayed above the baseline for 19 days now. has anyone heard of this! please help!!

i just got back from the er and my hcg dropped to 321. they did a trans vaginal u/s and couldn't see anything and said i had a miscarriage. going back into the doctors office monday for repeat lab work and then wed for a repeat u/s.

I've research alot and it seems the rise trend is more predictive of success than #s, but it is so low that it could be an empty sac. So no more interneting!! It's stressing me out too much. All we can really do is wait until Monday. Thanks for all the well wishes! Much appreciated!

I just checked your post and freaked out. I was very happy that my numbers had double but they are also on the low side.
Beta1 at 13dpiui= 44
Beta2 at 15dpiui= 100

I didn't know that low numbers could mean an empty sac. I'm soooo scared.
To me, your betas look great!!!
