Beta Very erratic- PLEASE HELP!

My beta started out VERY low but then doubled and then tripled every 2 days. I just got back my last beta- 29dpo and it is now taking 3 days to double. I'm so worried- I went from 28 hour doubling time to 69 hour in one week. Please someone tell me what is happening? I'm 6 weeks 1 day today. I have to wait until Saturday for my ultrasound.

15dpo 28

First, congratulations on your pregnancy! First, a normal doubling time for a beta is every 48-72 hours. Second, the doubling time slows down as the numbers rise.

I know that it is so hard to wait for an u/s, but it really is the best way to see what is going on. Your numbers look really good to me. Please update when you can!

ETA: At 7 weeks, you should be able to see a heartbeat. That is a great indicator of the health of your pregnancy!

I saw the heartbeat today! Dr. said the chance of miscarriage after seeing the heartbeat goes down to 5%! No more betas- he said after the heartbeat is established the betas don't tell us much. I am SO relieved.

Congratulations! I remember the relief that seeing that heartbeat was! Best wishes for a very happy and healthy pregnancy and little one.
