Help!! Rising HCG level but lowering progesterone
Hi there:
I was wondering if anyone has ever had the issue where the beta levels continue to rise well but progesterone level continues to decrease. Here are my levels: 9d5dt: beta 174, progesterone 26 12d5dt: beta 740, progesterone 18 14d5dt: beta 1789, progesterone 10 I am on a ton of supplements and RE just recently had me change from doing endometrin suppositories to prometrin orally to push a change. Today when i got the 3rd beta results, they are having me do now two PIO shots a night. Do you think this is a sign of a miscarriage? Any word of advice would be much appreciated! I am very worried!

I had the same thing with both of my pregnancies. When my progesterone fell to 10, my RE had me start progesterone suppositories. The level rose again and I continued to take progesterone until 12 weeks. I had no further issues. It was not a sign of miscarriage at all!
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
