First Beta 238, Progesterone 28.5 Is Progesterone okay?

Hi Ladies! I know everyone is different and every pregnancy (even for the same person) is different, but I'm a little worried about my progesterone level. My first Beta at 12dp3dt was 238, and my progesterone was 28.5. Since I'm on 100 mg endometrin suppositories 3x/day and on PIO 100 mg 1x/day, I thought my progesterone would be much higher than 28.5! With my other successful singleton pregnancies, my progesterone was in the 30-40s range, and even my first betas were much higher. Of course, for my twin pregnancy my betas were a lot higher, and my progesterone was in the 90s. Just wondering your opinion, given my own history, if this is a concern. My second beta is tomorrow, which will be 15dp3dt (or 18 dpo). I've had an ectopic before, and plus I'm older (37). Thank you for your opinions!
