HCG not quite doubling

Hi I am new here and so glad I found this forum. I have gone through several miscarriages and am currently 5wks 3 d pregnant. My dr ordered hcg tests last week and it came back as (I'm in Australia too so I don't know if the measurement is the same)
18dpo 995 and
20dpo 1730 progesterone 68.1

Should I be worried that they haven't quite doubled in 2 days? My tests were pretty much exactly 48hrs apart. I also got my first bfp at 11dpo. I only had one hcg check with my dd and it was at 4400 at 23dpo.

I have a ultrasound booked for next week but am so nervous about it. I really hope I see a beting heart.

Thanks ladies, Mikky.

i wouldn't worry. (ofcourse, easier said than done) its probably just a hiccup. if everything continues normally its no big deal. every pregnancy is different. if it will make you feel better, get another beta before the u/s. it'll be ok.

I'm thinking its going to be ok...generally you were on the high side for 18dpo and once you go above 1000 the doubling slows a little...you were within the norm 48-72 hour doubling time anyway....wishing you the best

Thank you ladies! I am still a little stressed and can't wait to make it past 12 weeks. Fingers crossed that the ultrasound is positive.
