Slow rising beta and negative nurse - Page 4

That you whit. It helps to hear "normal" people tell me im not so nuts!!
I know I started my beta testing really early, but with my first ever positive HPT, who wouldnt?!!

I just came back from the Dr's office and the ultrasound found nothing, no sac anywhere, they said it is a possible ectopic pregnancy. They want me to take the shot.
So i guess this is it for me.
I just want to say thank you to everyone for their kind words and support, i really appreciate it.

Sara - I am so very sorry. I've been thinking about you and praying for you all day today. Believe me when I say I know exactly what you are going through. Surround yourself with family and friends and allow them to help you right now.

When I had my miscarriage last August, I literally thought my heart was breaking. I relied so much on my husband, my son and my friends through that difficult time. I also relied on a dear friend who had also had a miscarriage. I am lucky to have her in my life. I hope you have someone in your life who can listen and relate.

If you ever do need someone to listen who's been there, please let me or the other ladies on this board help you.

Thanks ladies, I went again to the dr's and they gave me the shot. So now im waiting again.
Has anyone had the shot, what can i accept from it. The nurse told me the basics.

Oh Sara, I am so very sorry for your news. Please take this time to comfort yourself right now with your DH. I went through a loss 2 years ago, and I know their are no words to take away the heartache you're feeling. Again, I am so very sorry!! BIG HUGS to you!!

Well just a quick update. My 3rd beta came back today at 551! My first ultra sound is next friday!

Sara- My friend had the shot and it wasnt as bad as she expected. The worse part for her was no drinking alcohol and no sex. Good luck and i am really sorry!
