    low beta, low progesterone

i know you can't tell much from the first numbers, but i'm a little nervous. it took us 3 years and a mc to get our first little guy and this time took 2 months with no treatments. i'm a little shocked to say the least. my hcg was 24 and prog 5.5 on thursday. i started taking prog supplements (without the doc's consent - i know prog saved my last pregnancy) and tested blood levels again today. i figured that if the hcg was going down it may have left my system by now, so i tested at home and had a VERY strong positive this morning. could that be a good indication that this pregnancy will survive? i'm so nervous...

HCG from yesterday was 330 and prog 8.5, which shows a 24.2 hour doubling time. phew! i know the prog is still low, so i'm starting supplements tonight.
