Low HCG levels but are doubling??

Hi, has anyone had low hcg levels that still doubled and everything turned out to be ok? my levels at 16dpt were 66 then at 20dpt they were 251 then at 23dpt 641 then finally today at 26dpt 1447. So now my clinic only want to see me for a scan which is this thursday. Even though my numbers are doubling im still nervous about the scan and that everything will be ok as im still behind most people in numbers. Any had this happen to them? does this mean everything should be ok now?

I had quite a rollercoater with my beta numbers. So don't worry too much until you get your U/S. That should show you what's going on. Here's my betas.

Mind you I did IVF the 2nd time worked for us.

I was getting blood draws and trying not to worry the whole time. I had a phone call after day 23 and was told I needed to come in for U/S because they thought it was ectopic!!! Long story short, on day 27 which was little over 5 weeks went in for another scan and saw the gest. sac in the correct place.. Thank you LORD!! At almost 7 weeks I had another U/S and was able to see heartbeat. Just into my 9th week and saw the baby moving, heard and saw heartbeat!!! My advice to you is try not to worry too much, as long as no sharp cramping, or bleeding just think everything is ok. Don't expect to see too much on the scan if you are not at least 6 weeks. I will pray for you, and please keep me posted!

Hi! Mine started VERY low and I am now 12w3d pregnant. I had an u/s yesterday and the heart rate was 160 and the fetus looked great!!!

You guys give me hope!

1st beta - 242 (19 dpo)
2nd beta - 361 (21 dpo)

They are doubling every 69 hours. So still within 48-72 hours, but my last pregnancy I was almost 3000 at this point.

Any encouragement would be greatly appreciated!

I also went through the emotional roller coaster of the HCG numbers! At 13 DPO my number was 41. The docs didn't seemed worried, but of course did another test at 15 DPO. Well the nurse called and said that "it wasn't looking very good for you (thanks!!) because your number only jumped to 52. It was like time stopped and I stopped listening to what she was saying...I heard bits and parts, "you start bleeding this weekend," you will get cramps......" Anyway, this was on a Thursday and they were going to make me wait until Monday to go back in again! Uh...no way was I going to wait that long!!. Basically I spent the longest two days crying, preparing to miscarry, basically a nervous wreck! Got the blood work done on saturday morning first thing....Of course, I didn't get a call until 9 at night. By this time I was completely convinced that I was miscarrying, but wouldn't you know it...the nurse called with my result of 124, basically tripled from the last number! Got more blood work on monday and it was 398! I am not 10w2days and have seen the heartbeat on an ultrasound. I did so much research within those two days of hell that i was going through and found that 85% of healthy pregnancies have the doubling effect every2-3 days. So what about the other 15% that go on to have healthy babies that don't have those by the book numbers??? 15% is a significant number. Lesson learned: numbers and labs are not the end all be all!
