Not "feeling" pregnant?

Hi Ladies,
I'm 5w5d right now and just wondering how many of you at this stage are maybe not feeling pregnant? I was having waves of nausea (10piui - 4wks), fatigue, and was pretty bloated, etc. and I'm definately still falling asleep faster and waking up to potty in the middle of the night (which is not normal for me) but the last few days I haven't had the real waves of nausea or fatigue, and the bloating seems to have gone down some and fear that I don't "feel" pregnant. I just went back to work yesturday (I'm a teacher) and thought for sure I would just be wiped out by early afternoon but I'm doing ok (no complaints). My last preg./mc I had severe ohss so was dealing with all those symptoms - so not sure about a "normal" pregnancy. Am I just getting used to it maybe? I've been on one hormone or another for about 3yrs. (see signature) so am used to being pumped up on something.
Just wondering if there are other's out there? I get twinges at night when I lay out flat (like things are stretching in there or that ache - not cramp - you sometimes get w/AF) but overall feeling pretty "normal". My u/s isn't till next Tues. Just wondering?
Thanks

Ok - Jokes on me.
Last night had dry heave m/s for hours (one major & any fluids after came up to - no dinner for me) so I guess it's what I already knew - it comes in waves. Don't know if this is the start of something bigger or not. Still curious how others have felt in early pregnancy - since my only other I had the severe ohss and was dealing with those symptoms.

I am also having waves of nausea. So far only 1 episode of "getting sick".
Today and last night I am super nauseous. I am 5 weeks 5 days.
Hope this helps,
Kim

kimmysq - we are only a few days apart (I'm six weeks today). I have read that some people get full blown m/s at 6wks so I guess we will have to wait and see. Good luck to you and thanks for your reply.

Tricia:
Are you on progesterone? I am currently on Progesterone in Sesame Oil 1cc/twice daily. I keep wondering if it is making me feel worse. I had day filled with nausea yesterday! Your beta numbers look great. When is your first u/s? Mine is Wednesday.
Have a great day,
Kim

Kimmysq,
Yes, I'm on the prog. supp. I have read some people say that they think the prog. makes it worse but then have gotten off it and it was the same. So - I don't know. It will be interesting to see what happens. My RE has me stay on it for 10wks, what about you? Alot of people have said to eat small meals/snack throughout the day. - it does seem to help when I do that - at least for now. Wed. & Thurs. I had trainings and classroom prep - so was able to sit and snack my way through it. Friday I had parent registration soo didn't get to snack as much. By noon I was in a daze I was so tired and then that night the severe episode began. Not sure if that made the difference or not.
My u/s is Tues. I'm apprehesive but excited. and it can't get here soon enough. My numbers were really good so I just pray that everything is measuring on-time like it is supposed to! (my bfp/ohss/mc) things did not measure on time from the start).
What were your betas? Sounds like you did IVF (prog. in oil is usually via IVF) is that right? If so - how many embies did you put back?
I did IUI and had 3-4 good mature follies at trigger. Because of the first three betas almost tripling and than the 4th beta almost quadrupaling - I'm wondering about twins?! Like everything else with IF though - it's a wait & see thing because nothing is for certain. "Someone" healthy and happy in there is what I want to see!
Have a great Sunday!
Tricia
Edit to add: I noticed too that since my cycle I put on two -three lbs but yesturday I checked and I lost those pounds. Interesting! I'm sure they will come back!

Sprite really helped me a lot with my m/s. That and lots of carbs!
