question on beta at 39000

I was wondering at wht level of the beta , should the u/s be showing a fetal pole or hb. My beta was 39000 but the tech didnt see anything except a sac...
would love to hear some input..

i would think you would have to be at least 6 weeks, how many weeks are you now?
