I think probably b/c both prog. levels were so far above what they want them to be they're likely not worried at all. I know with my IVF and FET my progesterone levels were really high and did flucuate, and they said it's because I was on synthetic prog and then my body was making it on its own. I just received a natural BFP, which was shocking, and my prog. level was at 32 without any supplementation, and they said that level was "fantastic". So try not to worry (yeah, right! ) And enjoy!

May I join in? I have a similar question as "deepa80"
Today, I had a BFP and shared it with the ladies in my other forum. However, I came to this forum to discuss my progesterone dilemma and beta number. My beta is 179 and I go back on 6/19 to hopefully see the numbers climbing. I take progesterone injections every evening in the "behind" and today when the doctor checked my progesterone it was 39, they said a little low so on top of the injections in the "behind" I have to take a vaginal suppository of progesterone too. Has anyone had that issue and still continued with a successful BFP. I'm getting a little worried.

Also, it seems as if everyone has a different Beta number what can you compare it too. Some women are much lower than me and some are extremely higher, but yet the dr. was happy with my number. What does it all mean. Now, that my 2WW is over I'm worried about the extra progesterone suppository and my beta number. Help! please

My RE likes to see a beta of 50 at 14dpo.

Progesterone levels fluctuate throughout the day also. Most doctor's want to see your progesterone above 20. A level of 44 is very good! Mine went from 20 to 10 with both pregnancies. I took progesterone suppositories until 12 weeks. After that, the placenta takes over and your progesterone level is unimportant!

AthenD - Thank you. Your posing has really made me feel better, however the true test will be the blood work tomorrow to see if my numbers are doubling. Thank you
