Freaking out about my Beta Level!
I went in last week for bloodwork for my hCg levels. I was 7w4d along and the first set they did was about 140,000 and the second set they did 48 hours later was 150,000. I know they usually double but then taper off a certain point. The NP didn't seem concerned since she said they may be leveling off at 8 weeks. But I'm coming here to ask for your reassurance and to see if this has been typical of anyone else at 8 weeks. TIA!

Hi Bridget, I don't know anything about hcg levels when you're that far along, but I just wanted to say hang in there and try to stay positive. Hopefully, with this many people on the board, someone will turn up soon with the assurance you're seeking. Hang in there girl!

At that point, you are definitely tapering off so I definitely wouldn't worry about it. As high as your numbers are, I think your little bean is off to a wonderful start. When is your u/s?
