I haven't posted on this board since my last PG, but I am in need of some thoughts...
I have been waiting for AF to come so that I could start my next IVF cycle (my FET was cancelled last month because I wasn't even close to ovulating on CD 14). Well, had I O'd on my own, I'd have been due to start AF on Aug 23rd. On Thursday, I was 7 days late (which I thought nothing of 'cause I didnt even know when/if I O'd). However, I decided to take a test (just to verify a negative result, so that I could call RE and ask for help getting AF started). To my SHOCK, the test was positive! I couldn't believe it, so I sent DH out to buy 3 more tests (all positive). I had been running a fever all day, so I called RE and talked to the on call doc (as I was nervous that this might be an ectopic left over from our July IVF). He said that you don't usually get a fever with an ectopic, and that it is "highly unlikely" that anything is left over from an IVF that was done almost 2 months ago. He had me go in yesterday morning for a test, which actually WAS positive. The thing is...the BETA number was very low (26). So, we don't know if this is a viable PG or not. On one hand, since we have no idea when I O'd, it could actually be early to test. However, there is always the possibility that it could be chemical or something. We are trying to remain optimistic without getting our hopes too high (but it is pretty neat that we actually managed to conceive without any help). I took another test this morning (which was a little darker than yesterday's tests), so I am hoping that is a good sign. I plan to take them every morning until my next test on Tuesday. Has anyone gone onto have a viable PG with such a low BETA?

I hope you don't mind Shush...
But I know people are wondering how you're doing and I found your post on the other forum...
