Question Shooting pains/twinges** BPF mentioned

Hello- Natural BFP (gynormous surprise after failed IVF). Beta 74/prog. 26.9 yesterday. Not sure when O happened. Last AF was July 2. Maybe 9 or 10 dpo. Had trouble sleeping last night, obviously too excited b/c 1st time ever got BFP! I noticed I had some cramping low in my belly...not like AF cramping. 3rd beta is Monday. Should I be worried?

Also, isn't it wacky that I went to hosptial with kidney infection this Tuesday and that's how I found out I was pregnant? I had a kidney infection once over 10 years ago. Why would I get one now? Any connection with BFP? Could the infection complicate the pregnancy? Actually doctor said it was a UTI just beginning to turn into a kidney infection so caught it early.

Thanks
