Can you tell if it's ectopic?

Hi, I'm new here. I hope someone can help me.

I'm miscarrying or will miscarry soon. My betas were:

21DPO 143
23DPO 173
25DPO 165 (today)

Since it's dropping, am I safe from an ectopic? I'm resigned to this miscarriage (3rd one so far), but I'm TERRIFIED of an ectopic.

I would be grateful for any information. Thank you!
