BETA confusion

Hey ladies,

I will not go into my long story but the bottom line is that I POAS on May 29th and was SHOCKED to see a + within seconds. I called my ob who requested a BETA. Here are the #'s as follows.

May 30th - 2207
June 1st - 3684
June 4th - 6043

I am concerned as he is b/c the #'s aren't doubling, however, a friend mentioned that when the BETA is between 1200-6000 it doubles every 72-96 hours. Not sure what to think. What are your thoughts?

I would do a google search for beta hcg and see if you can come up with an answer for how it should be doubling. I know I have seen those websites that give info. Your number are high and rising, so that has to be positive!
