Going crazy-- slow moving numbers
I'm going crazy with this wait! My numbers are so slow to rise and I think today is doomsday-- take a look and if you've had a similar situation that has turned out well please let me know!
I transfered 2 embies (1 4-cell and 1 7-cell-- not good) and on 10dp3dt hcg was 42.7, 12dp3dt was 45.4 and 14dp4dt was 61.5 I go in again today and I haven't slept all night. Has anyone experienced this?

First off congratulations on your pregnancy and I am so sorry that you- or any of us for that matter- have to go through this beta hell. I do have a similar story with a not so wonderful outcome, HOWEVER, when I was going through the same thing, I heard quite a few success stories with even lower betas than yours that didn't double turning into viable pregnancies. So don't give up hope not until you get that final word, and don't drive yourself crazy either!! These boards are a godsend though during this time!! I will keep you in my prayers!

It sounds like you had one implant and thrive and one that maybe implanted but didn't make it. Hang in there.

Bad News I'm afraid
Thanks to you who responded with your positive thoughts. Not great news today I'm afraid- but as expected. They did an ultrasound and there is a spot that measures 5 weeks instead of 6-- I was told to stop progesterone etc... They did take blood to check my HCG levels but I think it's more to make sure that they drop- not be in range.
Oh well!! Good luck to the rest of you-- all the best in the new year!! |
