Any Hope????

I am new to this forumn and I just finished my first IVF cycle, and transferred 2 grade A embryos. Well I got a BFP on 12/6 with a beta of 48 on 12/8 my beta was 144 and I had another beta today and it dropped to 120. My question is, is there any hope for me or is it possible for everything to be okay?

Yes, there is hope. There is ALWAYS hope, so don't give up. At the same time, I don't want to give you false hope...but who knows what's going on. You said you transferred two embies....maybe they both implanted initially but now one isn't sticking, which would cause the drop. Sometimes that happens. Anyway, I would give it some time before you throw in the towel.

And remember it's Christmas-- a time for miracles. Good luck!

I agree... there is always hope. You could have a vanishing twin which could adjust your numbers. There are such things as lab errors. Don't give up until they give you every reason to do so. Good luck!
