Low Beta

Hi ladies! I have had my fun on the lovely IF rollercoaster, and finally jumped off in September. On Monday, Oct.30th, I got my first positive HPT. I called my regular GYN and he did a BETA. It came back at 23. I did BETA #2 yesterday and haven't heard back yet. Not quite sure what to think. I have read many other threads on this board and I have gotten a lot of positive vibes.

BETA #1(14dpo) = 23
BETA #2(16dpo) = ?

BETA #2 is 64.2

I'm getting a little excited now, but still being very cautious.

So far everything is measuing on track and saw a healthy heartbeat

do you have another beta scheduled?

Ashley!!! Yeah one of my July 14 buddies!!! I have been wondering how it was going with you!! I am so excited for you!! Is this another FET or natural??? Keep us posted.

Your numbers look awesome!! I bet you and your dh are on cloud 9. Waiting for that first u/s is the worst!! 14 more days..uggh!! Will you get more betas in between??? I am so happy for you.
I get the big u/s next Friday. We are definitely going to find out if its a boy/girl. I have already taken the entire day off work to shop.
I am just so glad to hear good news from you. I was feeling kinda lonely from our FET group. No one really posts anymore. Please keep me posted on how you are doing!!!

Hi Ashley,

I also just got a beta that came back low. It was 20 on 14dpiui. They told me to come back in 2 days(Friday), but to prepare myself for a chemical pregnancy. I have been very sad about it, but have been reading about success stories from others with low beta #s.

It's so great that you had such a nice jump in your #!!! I hope that I have the same luck tomorrow!

Today I got beta #2 and it went from 20 to 74.5. Do you think that is a good # for 16dpiui?
