2nd beta ALMOST doubled

Just a quick post. Beta came in at 72! I was actually expecting something higher but I'll take it! I'm in total shock. I don't even know what to do with myself. Going back Tuesday for my second beta.

lora: I 'm confused. Didnt you get your second beta today?? of 134 - it seems like the heading and body don't match. Your next beta is thursday right?

I think 134 is great . Its going up and just about doubled.
Spotting is SO common- don't get stressed. So far everything seems fine and NORMAL.
If your beta stays the same or lowers thursday then get worried. Also, I have seen here that many RE's say betas under 200 do crazy things so just hang in there.

I think 134 is a great increase. Remember, they want it to go up AT LEAST 60%, it does not always double.

With both of my IVFs I had light spotting around 6-7 weeks and both of my clinics have said that it could be the baby digging in deeper. Also, if you are using suppositories, it could just be cervical irritation. HTH
