Your Ideas on this LOW, LOW beta progression?
Hi! First time post here but I am so glad I found this place! I have had 11 m/c's, one live child. I am currently pregnant but I feel like it could be another doomed pregnancy. Please give your thoughts on this beta progression;
13dpo - 23.9 (prog - 26.9) 15dpo - 31.3 (doubling time 130 hours) 19dpo - 107 (doubling time 54 hours) I wonder if this could somehow be a good pregnancy since my doubling time has been cut in half and my hpt this morning (21dpo) was more than twice as dark as the same test from 19dpo. Has anyone seen any good outcomes with such a low beta in the beginning? Thank you all! I appreciate any comments and don't hold back Here is my chart by the way.......I was hoping for the late implantation theory but I got a +hpt 9dpo.[IMG][/IMG]

Congrats! I don't know what POAS indicates (darker lines, etc) in relation to beta but the 54-hour doubling time certainly is a good thing. From what I understand, 85% of normal pregnancies have a doubling rate of 72hours or less. Good luck! Sticky vibes!

like I said in the other post - eventhough your numbers are rising a bit slow- they are still going up and thats what is important! once you have that first US they stop looking at betas.. I wonder why- because they dont mean that much. Betas just give you a general idea. Some RE's dont put any weight in the number at all- as long as it is going up. obviously, like us all here, we need to remain cautiously optimistic.
what we are going through is just hell- plus you have been through so many m/c , that must make it even harder. Hand in there - we are all here for you Have you had every test under the sun taken to see why so many m/c's? did you do any IUI or IVF?

WOW! that's unbelievable. Gosh I am so sorry - how frustrating and aggravating that must be. DO you have any thoughts on it? like a gut feeling for whats happening?
have you gotten second and third opinions? I bet this next beta goes through the roof- this little bean is fighting like heck to stay put- and so far he/she has done a good job. If you dont mind me asking - at how many weeks were your mc's at? |

Ovadue - Have you tried Lovenox? It helped me with this pregnancy.
