Any Ideas? Another MC?

I have a had a very hard nite and now the waiting is killing me.
On 3/30 we had our first beta 22 four days later 4/3 went up to 110.7
Last nite I came home started dinner and went to the bathroom I had the worst pain ever like passing glass ( sorry TMI ) the bleeding started not to bad but very red called and got an apt with RE at 9am they said nothing but took more blood to retest. What could this be? The bleeding had all but stopped now but I feel sick thinking this could be another MC.
On the way home from the RE's office I stopped and got a HPT just to test myself and see if it was still a POS and it was a POS and fast so the numbers are still up but what could be going on!

Thanks for your prayers.
The numbers are still going up but they slowed down went up from 110.7 Monday to 209 today I have been taken out of work for the week and put on bedrest. They have no idea what is going on until u/s next Thursday.
I wish I had some answers now I can't stand this.
