Slow Beta Rise

I am posting this for a good friend of mine who can't access FT from work. her beta numbers are not rising properly, but still going up. She has had some bleeding/spotting. On Monday she goes in for a beta and u/s. The wait is awful, if anyone has heard of anything like this, any ideas are welcome. She doesn't feel like the baby is in her tubes, although that is always possible.

Here are her numbers:

Beta # 1 16 (Tuesday)
Beta # 2 46 (Thursday)
Beta # 3 97 (Monday)
Beta # 4 147 (Today)

She had light bleeding that started Thursday (beta #2 day) and continued through Sunday but is gone now.

I am sorry that I can't be more help because I am in the same situation. Here are my numbers:

Beta #1 44 (Wed. 3-1) 9dp5dt

Beta #2 77 (Thurs. 3-2) 10dp5dt - did 36 hours past 1st beta because I was going out of town

Beta #3 390 (Wed. 3-8) 16dp5dt

My nurse wants me to come back in Fri. for another Beta. Uggh! This is gettin frustrating. I hope that things work out for your friend. I won't get to go in for an ultrasound until 3-17, if Fri. Beta is rising.
