I Need Help With My Beta!!!

Someone please help me. I took a beat hcg today and I am 9dpo and it is 5.71. I am so worried. I am doing another one in two days. Is this okay? My doctor said anything over 5 is pos but it has to double in 48 hours!

Wendy,

I haven't really heard of a dr doing anything that early. They normally wait till 14dpo. The most important thing is that it doubles.
Good luck.

Thanks for replying. The reason she did it so early was because I saw a realy really really faint line this am. So she said why not do one???

Did you have a trigger shot? Sometimes it takes up to 14 days for the trigger to get out of your system.
Hope it doubles!!

Wendy - without knowing what procedure you used if any that will sway. Either way my doc always says anything under 10 is not positive. With that said you are VERY VERY VERY early to be testing. Normally not until at Least 12 - 14DPO, some doctors even longer then that. I wish you luck for big beta nums!!

I did do a trigger but at 3 dpiui I took a hpt and it was neg if that means anything. I did an IUI if thats what you were asking about what procedure. I guess that makes sense about anything over ten because if it doubles like it should on wed it should only be 11 and I will be 11 days past then. I am really praying it does. Thanks for the replys girls. The problem is no one ever betas this early so I have no one to go by!
