Any successful pg's w/ low betas?

Hi-new to the forum......anyone out there who had a successful pg with consistently low betas? As of 4wpo my beta is only 281 and didn't quite double from 169 3 days prior.I've had no spotting or cramping or any symptoms of anything (except insanity! and a sore butt from P injections). The hormones look good they said but my RE won't do an u/s til the beta reaches 1500 which seems like it could take FOREVER. I am starting to suspect a chemical pregnancy. Going back in Monday for more bloods.

Not sure what procedure or naturally or what you may have used to conceive that does matters some as IVF's, FET's sometimes do have low betas that hang low and then take off or slow risers that will take off. Im not sure what you mean by 4wpo? Is that 4 weeks past ovulation?? If so you are 6 weeks pg? Can you clarify how far along you are?

I'm new this site as i just found out on 2/24 i had BFP. My beta was 70 does that sound nomral? i go tomorrow for my 2nd beta and feel a little lost b/c today i have no PG symptoms. the last few days i had some cramping and felt bloated but today i just feel normal. crazy to think that feeling normal isn't an okay thing!

Tex - what dpo are you?

Really it matters where the number moves to within a 48 TO 72 hour period. You want to see a doubling withiin that. So the starting number really confirms pregnancy, the progression indicates growth and viability.

Today I'm 16dp5dt. So on friday i was only 4w and my RE said I really am to early to be feeling any PG symptoms. My ()() are very heavy but thats about it. I thought that could be from the PIO?

Tex - ya the shots could or if your on progestrone/prometrium. I really didnt get a wave of symptoms with either pg till after 6 weeks so you are still very early. If they planned a 2nd beta they are going to look for it to at least double within 48-72 hours is what they consider normal. Let us know how you are ! Congrats on your pg

it was a Gonal cycle but no IUI with only 1 follicle. So I guess this was a "natural" cycle? I am about 4 1/2 weeks along from the ovulation time. I know that for a fact since (confirmed by u/s and bloods) the egg released at only 15mm before they could recommend the cetritide. So I didn't get to do the HCG shot either.

OK Veal so figure you are 17DPO 281 doesnt sound bad lets see where it goes on your next beta. I will hope for a big increase!!

Got the results back from 2nd beta. My first was on 2/24 at 70 and my RE wanted to see it at 150 today. They called and said my beta was at 336 and that I finally get to stop taking PIO shots this Thursday!!!
