New here and worrying

Hi everyone,

This is my first post here. I am newly pg (16dpo today). I had my first Beta at 12dpo and it was 35.5. Does this sound too low??? My girlfriend is a nurse for an OB and she said it was low, while my doc's office said not to worry. I know what matters most is the doubling time, and I had another Beta taken this morning, but I haven't gotten the results back yet. I just wondered if that number sounds okay to start or if it's too low. Thanks!

Here this is what it would look like if it doubled every 48 hours

12dpo and 35.5
14dpo and 71
16dpo and 142

So I would say that that is great. I had mine at 15dpo and it was only 83. I was worried sick but then only 48 hours later it was 355. It quadrupled. You 1st # is already better than mine. And if you look at the charts on the internet you are right on target.
dpo high ave low
14 119 48 17
15 147 59 17
16 223 95 33
17 429 132 17
18 758 292 70
19 514 303 111
20 1690 522 135
21 4130 1061 324
22 3279 1287 185
23 4660 2034 506
24 10,000 2637 540

Here is a chart I found I hope it helps!!!!!!

Hi ladies,

I just wanted to point out that betas should double every 48 to 72 hours, not necessarily 48. All my best to you!

My first beta (with my second son) equiv. to 14dpo was 31. He's two. I think your beta sounds just fine. Can't wait to hear your second results!
