Oh sil, that is slow but you know waht? People have slow-rising betas all the time that go on to have healthy pregnancies. Just don't give up hope!! I hope your next beta jumps sky high!!

hi sil
I wish I knew what to tell you, but so much of this stuff is just unknown...you could be just fine, and unfortunately a lot of it is just waiting. There is a website that someone else posted that I thought was really helpful- you can check to see how low beta numbers are with other successful pregnancies, as well as to see normal doubling times. that website is www.betabase.info/index.php good luck-dw

Hi Sil,
Like everyone else has already said, it's hard to know at this point what will happen. Is your doctor monitoring you closely? Do you have another beta scheduled? Sometimes beta numbers will stall for a short period of time before rising normally again. Unfortunately, ectopic pregnancies can also cause beta numbers to rise slowly as well. Make sure you call your doctor if you develop sharp pain in your shoulder or abdomen or if you begin to bleed heavily. I hope everything is ok.
