Haven't been here in so long!

Conceived almost 4 year old twin boys through IVF after 2 ectopics... one ruptured. Found out 2 weeks ago through hpt that I am somehow pg. Dr. estimates that I was 4 weeks last Monday 6/13, did a ultrasound and saw nothing. Did another ultrasound yesterday... still nothing. Did hcg test yesterday and I am scared to death to call for the results. I do another tomorrow.
At what point have you been able to see the sac through ultrasound? I'm scheduled for another next Monday. This is killing me! I've been a zombie for the past 2 weeks and now have to wait another week! Thanks so much!

I had an u/s at 5W2D and saw the gestational and yolk sacs. I believe your beta number needs to be over 1500 in order to see anything though. Maybe your levels aren't high enough yet. Good luck and keep us posted.

Had a scare... cramping, so went in to the Dr. My beta was over 4,600 yesterday. He did an exam and said everything seems to be okay. I repeat hcg test tomorrow, have another ultrasound Thurs. and if nothing is seen at that time he will do a laparoscopy.
He said I'm not tender during the exam as someone with an ectopic would be, and also that my uterus seems to be growing. He is still holding on to the positive, and I just NEED to know one way or another!!!!!!!

I hope the u/s tomorrow goes well. I'll be thinking of you.
