Another One with Beta Q - Trying to Stay Positive

Hello Everyone - New Here!

I had two embryos transfered on 5/26 and got a positive beta, but my betas are not quite doubling within the required 48 hours, and I need some encouragement.

Beta on CD10 = 331
Beta on CD12 = 556
Beta on CD14 = 1030

Anyone else have betas not quite double and end up having a healthy pregnancy? I have an ultrasound scheduled for 6/23, but that seems like that is a lifetime away...

Thank you!

Momx2

HI there. I just happened to see this post. I think they look ok. I am not sure what CD 10 really is as it depends on what day the embryos were (3-5) but even if it was a 5 day transfer CD 10 still has a really strong number. We did IUI for my first and his beta at day 14 was 29!!!!! He then picked up really well, but the first couple are always scary. And your second and third betas are really close to doubling. Make sure you are having the betas drawn at the same lab at the same time of day(an hour can make a difference) Good Luck!

My RE draws follow-up beta's every 3 days, not every 2 days, as he says they are supposed to double within 48-72 hours.

He would tell you your beta's are wonderfully strong!

Hang in there during your wait!
