Beta Is In - What Do You Think?

My beta yesterday came in at 889 16dp5dt. We only transfered one totsicle as that is all that we had left, but the clinic found this number to be a possible indication of multiples. How likely is identical twins and could it still be a singleton. My u/s is not until June 5th and I think that it is going to be a LONG 3 weeks. Any thoughts???

editing to add I was just sifting thorough the pinned post about beta numbers and I don't think that mine is very high at all compared to some of the others.

thanks,
tasha

My RE would have said a singleton... he goes by 100 at day 14, then doubling every other day.... so day 16, 200, day 18, 400... day 20 800..... Congrats and good luck!!

Hello Tasha,

My beta at 12dp5dt was 494, so I agree with you, that even though you have a great number, it is not high enough to indicate multiples. But you never know.
Good luck!

Oli

I agree with Oli. Mine at the same time was 2744 and I have a singleton. But again, like the others have said, you just never know!

Ditto, at 17dp5dt mine was like 4,797, so I think your # is just one.
