FET 11/15/2006

Beta
11/20/06 5 dpt= 10
11/22/06 7 dpt= 75.9
11/27/06 12 dpt= 274

Are these numbers ok? RE tell me that she still thinks it could be twins; does that sound right with these numbers?

HI Everyone....
We did IVF this cycle.

Here are my beta numbers:
13dpo=225
15dpo=427
22dpo=6,308
Two sacs seen on first u/s at 4 weeks 6 days.

I have a 16 month old son. We did IUI for him. I had two sacs one turned out to be a blighted ovum. The sac that miscarried was significantly smaller than the one that produced my son.

This time I have 2 sacs that are pretty equal in size. The doctor said before she did the ultrasound that the only thing she would be able to see would be the number of sacs and if they were in my uterus (In August I had a pretty bad ectopic pregnany requiring major surgery and a few days in the hospital).
I am all nervous b/c they didn't see a yolk sac or fetal pole....even though I know that they wouldn't see them that early! I have to go back in on Tues. which will be 5 weeks 4 days. Needless to say, I am concerned. Does the worrying every stop?

I think my numbers are pretty good so I am trying to not worry, but it's impossible not to.

=)

Beta #1 7dp5dt=91
Beta #2 9dp5dt=253

We get to have our first ultrasound this Friday since my numbers are strong. The nurse said that RE likes to have #s at 2,000 to see the sac and that's exactly where we should be on Friday!

Hi Robin in CA,

Those are nice numbers. Did I understand you correct that you are using a surrogate? I am a first time surrogate to a couple and I am loving the experience!

No other children. My husband is still in shock for these three. I still can't believe it. I have watched the video twice thinking it will sink in. I am so thankful.
