Dear onewildride;

My first IUI my beta was 30 at 14dpiui. I went on to have a perfectly normal pregnancy and baby. At the time, I didn't even know it was low, which was probably a good thing because I just carried on like everything was great.

Hello,
I have just completed my first IVF cycle.

I am REALLY confused and upset about the hcg levels. Can you see what you think????

These are my HCG levels:
(I had a 2 day transfer and had one embryo put back in._
14 days after transfer (16 from EPU): 36
15 days after transfer (17 from EPU): 50
16 days after transfer (18 from EPU): 67
17 days after transfer (19 from EPU) 95

One IVF nurse has told me it doesn't look good, they are too low and she is sure it won't be viable. Another had a look at them and thought that "yes, they are low, but they are double at a good rate - last one double 94% in 48 hours) and that this is a real positive.

I can't stop crying and am not normally like this..... But it is really messing with my mind - the not knowing.

I also don't know what to do from here. The clinic have just said to wait and see - the first nurse thinks my period may just start soon. The second one suggested that I come in for another bt on Thurs and maybe a scan Friday if levels are still increasing.

Can I PLEASE get as many opinions, stories, advise as possible. Please be honest with me.... I don't want any false hopes.....

Thank you so much,
Emma x

first time posting

Hello, my name is Angie and I just had my first IVF cycle in October and transferred 1 8cell grade A embryo and one not so good 2 cell embryo. I had my first Beta 11-6 at 14dp3dt and it was 407 went back one week later on 11-13 at 21dp3dt and it had climbed to 4806, Do these numbers sound good? The nurse mentioned something about maybe both of them implanted, what do you think? Any and all opinions welcomed!! Thanks!!

You've got one for sure. my results were 660 at 14dp5dt and the nurse said if the beta was over a 1000, then it would likely indicate twins, but not necessarily.

I'm very nervous about my low numbers!

I'm very nervous about my numbers!

11/21 83 12dp3dt
11/24 200 15dp3dt

The nurse said I'm "in the range" but "they'd like to see the numbers higher". It's so nerve-wracking. Any similar stories?

My beta numbers

Wondering if someone can help calm me.

I had a FET transfer on 11/10 transferred 2 - 5 day blastocysts.

My first beta was 11/20 318 so 10dp5dt
My 2nd beta was 11/27 15,996 17dp5dpt

Wondering how these numbers look? I am extremely nervous about multiples or ectopic pregnancy. Can anyone help me out.

To me these numbers seem extremely high. Help

Darla

hi darla. as hard as it is i would try not to read into your numbers to much in regards to multiples i have had two singleton pregnancies with really high betas where i thought for sure it would be multiples and it wasnt this time my levels were highish but much lower then previous pregs and its twins i dont hold to much faith in the high numbers =multiples theory
