When does your Beta stop doubling

Hi everyone, Im freaking out! Im six weeks today and had my ultrasound this morning, they saw one yolk sac, which is exciting, the doctor says everything looked great. Heres the problem though.. Ive repeated my beta every 48 hours, 1rst beat was 233, 2nd 575, 3rd 1,149, the fourth 5,084. Today the doctor called for my progesterone, but the lab also did another beta which was 7,096. It didnt double! I just called my doctor and he says that after awhile, they dont double anymore. Has anyone heard this? I cant find anything on this board or on the internet. Thanks!

Yes, there is a point at which the beta will stop doubling so quickly. I wish I remembered more than that to tell you, my brain is just fried lately. Don't worry.
