Question 2nd beta, is it triplets??

at 16 dp5dt my beta is 9380. That seems astronomically high from the charts I've seen. Should I seriously start wondering whether or not all 3 of the blasts stuck? I am sitting here waivering between elation and total panic. Anyone with triplets? What were your betas in comparison? OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!

OK, I am certainly no expert, but that number seems incredibly high to me. I told my husband your number and he said he thought you were probably having 3 sets of identical twins! Of course, he was just kidding! Still, don;t be surprised to have at least 2 if not 3!

Good luck and be happy!

I responded to your post on the other bb. I didn't really think about it then (I was so blown away by your beta) but your #'s and mine are quite a lot alike. I know what you mean by looking at other people's betas, I was terrified at first. We transferred two blasts. I have my u/s on Wednesday and will tell you what happens. Don't panic (even though I did too ) my RE said we could still have a singleton with betas that high. Although, I am preparing myself for anything! Best of luck! Keep us posted!!

Congrats !!!

Hi MissyMarie,

I am still in Beta hell waiting to find out if I am even pregnant. My numbers came back really low, but are rising a bit, not doubling. I have NO idea what to expect. I am going crazy right now waiting for them to call me about my test this morning. The phone keeps ringing and ringing but it is always friends, family and THREE wrong numbers. I just want to hear from the clinic!

Good luck to all of you!

Wendy

Wendy,
I hope they call soon. The beta waiting game is sooo stressful. Sometimes I am tempted to just sit in my REs office until they give me my #s. I hope they are good. Let me know how it goes!

Hi,

My beta numbers came back late yesterday, only 51. They are dropping which I guess is good in terms of this not being an ectopic pregnancy. I have no idea what the next step is for us. We are just going to wait for our numbers to fall and see what the doctor recommends.

hbby - I am waiting with baited breath to hear how your u/s went today.

MissyMarie and DeeEast - When are your u/s schedules for?

Wendy

triplets!

Hello ladies. my betas were 8dp3dt 46.5, 10dp3dt 150, and 15dp3dt 1386 and we saw three sacs today on U/S at 5w6d.

So, my numbers weren't even close to yours and I have triplets!! They only saw one heartbeat, but the Doc said it was still early.

what did you ladies see with your ultrasounds? wendy, i am sorry about the falling hcg. i know how devestating that can be, this is our 4IVF attempt.
