I don't know a lot...but your numbers look perfectly normal to me. I think there is a large range for "normal" numbers. What is important is that they rise. Congratulations!!!!! I'm waiting for my second beta and I hope mine increases like yours did.

Beta numbers in themself, mean nothing. They should double about every 48 hours.. which yours are doing so wonderfully. Congrats, you are pregnant!! It is hard not to worry all the time, but try to take one day at a time and don't read into your body too much. Your RE will probably do an ultrasound in a couple weeks. The heartbeat usually shows up between week 6 and 7....once you see a hearbeat, your risk of miscarrying goes way down. Good luck.

Christine,

Your betas look awesome. I started with a 78 and rather than mine doubling, I'm being monitored very closely as they've gone from 78 to 75 to 54 to 61.8. They are definitely supposed to be going up, and hopefully doubling. You seem right on track. I am another story and went for beta #5 today. I'm hoping my number is up and that I may have a miracle here!!

All the best to you and your betas going up!
Jen

p.s. My RE says anything over 50 on a first beta is a great number!
