New here and need advice

I had my first beta on 2/3 which was 12dp3dt or 15dpo and my number 52. I just got the call and my 2nd beta today is 358. Do you think that I can breath easier now?

Thanks,

Jen

HI Jen

I think you can take that breath . Your numbers have done what they are supposed to. This site has a HCG calcualtor and you can tell if they are doubling, although they are fine at 1.6 times

Congratulations on your pregnancy.

Hi Donna........Im jealous that you already have your scan date!
I still have to go for yet another beat on Valentine's Day.

See what you think about this:

1st Beta - 2/3 - 52, prog 1549, est 1094
2nd Beta - 2/7 - 358

What should my number be on 2/14. If they are still going by the doubling times then it needs to be at least be around 2148. (is that right?

Congratulations on your PG.

Jen

Hi Ladies

I was reading your thread and thought I would share with you that I am also due on October 18, 2005. Ellie Mae, I beileve that is when you are due. Donna and Jen you are due on Oct 12th. So we are all close together. Jen , your numbers look great to me. They are more than doubling which is a very good sign. Congratulations to you all!!

My first beta was done 2/7 at 14dpo - HCG was 840.9 and Prog 60.
Second beta done on 2/9 - HCG 2, 067 and Prog 53.

The nurse said everything looks great. I am a little worried about the Prog dropping but my doctor is not at all concerned. She said as long as it is above 40 she is very happy. She also said my numbers are indicative of multiples!! YEAH!

Does anyone know anything about Prog fluctuating and do my prog levels still look okay?

Congrats again! God Bless!

Sarah.......congratulations. My nurse also told me they love to see the prog above 20 so you number looks great. Are you still taking progesterone? I am taking 1cc every night. I think it is wonderful that you might have more than one. I have a brother and sister that are twins (no drugs involved) and I have a twin sister as well (again no drugs).

They will always have someone to play with.

Jen

Thank you! Yes I am still taking Progesterone. I take suppositories every 12 hours (so twice a day). I was on injectables and we did one day of insemination. The rest of the days were the good ole' fashion way!

We would be really excited if we have twins. That's so neat about your family! It will be nice because they will have someone to always play with.

Congratulations to you! How are you feeling and doing?

Keep me posted.
