Brown Spotting at 8 dpo

Hey everyone. This forum has so much information and has really aided us in our TTC attempts.

Well, I started BBT cycling last month. This month I kind of was 'tired' of marking everything on my chart, so when it was two days before the O I got DH to give me plenty of BMS. Then we got busy and my O came and went.

Well, Monday I woke up with horrible headache and vomiting, DH took me to ER. They basically treated my headache and nausea, loaded on fluids and anti nausea meds and morphine! Well, I went home and slept. The next four days I worked and felt sluggish and tired with stuffy head and felt sort of 'off' no better word than just felt not like self.

So, yesterday - Saturday, i woke up felt little nausea and hungry and noticed my breasts sensitive, tired, a little achy, head stuffy, low backache, constitpation thing. Today, I have small very light brown spotting, I mean like its there when I wipe, and not when I don't.

Could this mean? I can't take OPT for a few more days. I am going nuts, I want so bad to give DH a BFP.

Hi there: I'm so sorry about your headache and vomiting! Are you prone to migraines? Sounds like that's what it might have been. Changes in hormones can bring on a migraine. And spotting at 8 dpo could be implantation spotting ... I sure hope that that's what is going on with you!

Not too much longer and you'll be able to test

Ty Maura! Well, after reading loads of TTC Naturally sites, I started Robitussin and plenty of vegetarian vitamin remedies - not pre natals which make me sick as ever. We also did pillow propping and stay in bed in the past with NO results - then this month nice romantic BBS and then just to bed as usual -- only difference was I was taking Robitussin and I swear that may be the thing that did it!

And, when I was BBT charting this month, I had a dip down to 96.8 and we had BMS two days later (this was planned by me) and voila got busy and suddenly feel as if alien ship has taken hold. Hopefully all will be ok I am planning to test on 10/9/09, because I want to make sure I am not just very pre AF dancing.

Keeping fingers crossed for good things.

. I used to take the max amount allowed (blech!) and noticed a huge improvement in cm

i'm sorry for your sickness!! that's the worst!! i hope your feeling "off" now is a good sign!

i agree with maura about the possibility of implantation spotting. i'll be looking for your update!

BC-DKNY - today a little more brown spotting but not like blood or a flow and AF is not due until 9/10/09 - 9/12/09. So....it's the hardest wait wait wait.

My temp is staynig over 98 which is a good sign since I am normally 97.4 everyday except ovulation. Still very full breasts, which is unusual for me PMS. And, a slight backache and lots of gassy bloating.

Not getting too excited since I don't know what is going on .. the OB won't even see me unless I get a positive HTP. I am lucky I don't have to go through my primary. I haven't seen an RE yet b/c we have still been TTC naturally.

If we don't get a BFP before next June we will try IVF.

Well, still a little brown spotting - nothing like AF yet, but dang I HATE mid cycle spotting it is most confusing especially when you are TTC. My temp is up 98.8. I feel like I have a fever. I know some women spot their entire BFP so I am going to test soon anyway, probably by saturday.

If this is going to be a drawn out long AF session and not a BFP I am working for...dang, dang, dang...what a waste of time... sigh

But, I'm still above ground and my cycles are still regular and the BMS is sweet.
