confused and hurt

Hi All,

Well heres the latest with me... I took a HPT Tuesday night to see if the HGC was out of my system after taking the trigger shot Tuesday 9/16 the HPT came back negative, I took another HPT yesterday morning and it came back positive. I went for my 14 day after transfer and my BETA was 4. My RE said that he doesn't now how I got a positive yesterday and today it showed a low BETA. I am so upset, I really thought the IVF was going to work this time. This is IVF number 4 (with no pregnancies). My RE suggest I continue the progestron shots over the weekend and come back to retest Monday.
Am i setting myself up for another disappointment?

Any comments or suggestions are welcomed! I need to hear the thoughts of others.

I am considering traveling to Colorado to visit with Dr Schoolcraft, I herd his clinic is the number one in the US.

I feel so very sad- I just want to cry over and over again!

oh sweetie....i'm so sorry

it's impossible to say which way things will turn out. i used to prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

as googie suggested, late implantation is always possible. it's also possible that you may have had trace amounts of hcg left in your system and the build up over night (because you used first morning urine yesterday) might've been enough to give you a false pos. our afternoon and evening urine is usually much more diluted due to drinking, which could account for the neg on tuesday.

i will keep you in my thoughts for monday, please let us know how it goes!!!!
