OPK - positive in the mornings for 3 days, negative in the evening

Have anyone had this experience with the OPK? I started testing 3 days after my period. On day 11 I got a positive test. Next day positive again. Out of curiosity, I checked again several times later in the evening and got a very faint line. So, I though it was over. The next morning I get a clearly positive result again. A few hours later - a faint line only. What is going on? I am not pregnant. I have been diagnosed with PCOS.

With your PCOS, I would only test after Noon. Something about your hormone levels with PCOS can throw off your OPKs. Are you verifying ovulation with temping?

hi laska......

i would have to venture to guess this has something to do with the concentration of the FMU. the more diluted your urine is, the less likely you are to get accurate results.

i would not stop BMS'ing until you're absolutely certain O has already taken place.
