Omg!

Hi Everyone,

I haven't been on here for a long time. My husband and I decided to move onto forming our family through adoption in May. We are in the midst of adopting a child from Haiti. We are waiting for a referral. Well I just took a hpt because it had been 33 days and just wanted to be sure totally expecting a negative but it instantly turned positive. I am in such shock. I just had to get a letter saying I was infertile from my reproductive endocrinologist! Wow I am very happy but in shock. Thanks for letting me share.

Megan

Wow, Megan! That's wonderful news! Have you gone in for a blood test yet?

Congratulations on both the adoption and the ++HPT! Let us know how things are going and GOOD LUCK!

Congrats! There are a few of us here with a similar story. My son was 8m old when I discovered I was pg. They are 16m apart and now 2.5 and 4. I have a friend who continually lost pgs, ended up adopting, but a few weeks before her ds was born they discovered she was pg. She assumed they would lose that pg, but she ended up with a 7m old and a newborn.
