arggggggggg Advice please........
So the OPK says take the shortest length cycle that you've had in the last several months and use that as a reference guide for when to start POAS for a surge. PROBLEM is- last month I did Inj. which shortened my cycle by a good WEEK. Im normally a 30-32 day kinda cycle gal- but last month it was 24 days. SO my question is should i discount the 24 day cycle because it was made shorter by the shots and go with my natural shortest cycle which I believe is 29 days? Thanks

First response has a new opk with a months supply. this beats the need to calculate the length of ur cycle. u basically start testing the day after ur af stops and continue until +opk. (21 test sticks in a pack)
i just came off a medicated cycle and started using these right away and havent ran out of sticks. last cycle was 34 days with ov at cd21. this cycle seems to be shorter. im cd 17 and tested +opk at cd15. i have plenty of stick left over. hope this help. lynn |
