bbt ?
I have a quick question.
Yesturday afternoon, I had a +opk. When I temp'd this morning, my temp only rose by 0.2. Did I ovulate? I know a consecutive 3 days of a temp rise is needed to confirm ov. But isn't a strong temp rise of >0.4 needed to signify ov. Thanks for help figuring this stuff out. Lynn

Hi Lynn! All you need is a rise of .2 degree (and with a slow rise pattern, you sometimes see rises of only .1) over your previous 6 temps. Was the .2 rise today higher than your previous 6 temps? If so and if your temp stays up now, it sounds like you did O. But with a ++OPK only yesterday, I would definitely BMS today and probably tomorrow too just in case.
Best of luck and if you have any questions about your temps, we'd be happy to take a look at them and help you as best we can .+++++++++++++ Maura |

Hi Maura...
You're great and so helpful, I truly appreciate you. My 0.2 rise was only 0.2 higher than yesturday's temp, but lower than a few previous ones. I have included the ticker below for your review. http://www.fertilityfriend.com/ticker/1f8406/ttc.png lynn |

Hi Lynn! I couldn't open your chart for some reason. Can you try to regenerate again? In the meantime, if your temp today was lower than a few recent previous ones (in that 6 day window leading up to your ++OPK), then I would think you have NOT yet O'd and I would definitely keep BMSing
!I'll check back+++++++++ Maura |

Don't feel like an idiot
! I saw your chart and it doesn't look like O yet. I would look for a rise to 97.7 (97.6 if slow rise) or higher!Best of luck and let us know what your temp is tomorrow. And BMS! ++++++++++Maura |
