Hi everyone,
I hope everyone is doing well. I have a question... I am trying not to be too negative, but I also don't want to be hold out false hope either. I am about 9dpo, and was doing some light exercise tonight and at some point I became aware of some very mild cramping. I went to the bathroom and noticed brown spotting. Since then I have continued to feel the cramps, remaining pretty mild, but of course I am overly focused on them now. They feel a little like very early AF cramps. It's been a few hours and I do still notice the brown spotting when I wipe (sorry about TMI). Of course implantation spotting crossed my mind, but I really don't have ANY other symptoms of pg - not even tender nipples. Part of what is really bothering me is that I am taking progesterone twice a day, so if AF is coming this early, even on progresterone, there is just no hope. I don't know what to think and I know the next day or two will tell more of the story, but in the meantime, I just thought I would reach out for some advice or input... Thanks! http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/19a3d6

Hi there: It could be implantation spotting since you are right in the window (6-12 dpo). I hope that that's what it is! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. Please check in again soon
.Good luck! ++++++++++ Maura |

Thanks Maura.
My temp bounced up again today a little (chart is on my first post) and I didn't see anymore spotting this morning. However, the cramping is still there. So, we will see.... Thanks for your response.

JG...i wanted to just point out that if you're taking progest in the form of supp's, this commonly causes spotting. progest supp's are known to irritate the cervix.
wishing you th best!

Do you mean progesterone? I have taken this, too. I do not recall spotting just having menstrual bleeding. Maybe its different for the other people? Just trying to join in and, getting to know the other people on the site.

I take oral progesterone, but I appreciate the insight! A couple days later I got AF full force and now I am CD 4 of a new cycle. Keeping my hopes up for this cycle.
