bbt and BF (again)

I wrote a post re this some weeks back before i started charting again. Well this month i started temping jsut to see what my body is up to, My temps have strangely been either 36.39 or 36.29. Now y'day which is CD 14 i noticed egg white like cm so i though that i was actuallly Oing. I tried an OPK and it was clearly -ve. i thought i may have surged the previous day so that is why it was so clearly -ve. Well i take my temps today and to my surprise no increase in temp. Took and OPK and clearly -ve again. I usually don't O until around day 17 -20 as i have a long cycle (33 days) so i was taken by surprise when is saw EWCM. Since i have been BF i am dry on most days except when i am O that is why i was so certian. It could not have been any other residue(KWIM) as this happened on Sunday. Any thoughts anyone especially about my 'flat temps'.

hi zizzie...

there's no significance to flat temps. as for the EWCM, it's probably your body gearing up for O. i know you said you haven't seen it as much since BF, but generally the body does start producing it for a few days prior to O.

have you don't anything different this cycle? taken cold/cough medicine? been drinking more water than usual?

maybe your body has just decided to start cooperating with you

in any case, i wouldn't let it just pass you by, even WITH a neg OPK. when you see ewcm, you should try and get a BMS in there. i would continue to OPK as well.

let us know how things go. good luck!!

thanks Dina,

I haven't taken anything different this months which would explain my CM , maybe DS is drinking less BM so my hormones are adjusting to this change. I am OPK and i am getting faint lines but no + although i had a big dip in temp y'day. I jsut don't know. I have given up cpnceiving naturally as our DS was born through ICSI ( there is MF in our situation) but you know we jsut try and hope.thanks for your feedback!
