the rule of thumb is 1/10th of a degree for each half an hour (2/10ths of a degree per hour) in either direction depending on if you got up late or early. add if you got up early and subtract if you got up late.

i will tell you that i found this method extremely reliable UP to 90 minutes in either direction. once it got past the 90 minute mark, i felt it wasn't as reliable.

based on todays temp alone, it's really impossible to tell if you've O'd. it will really depend on your temps over the next few days. if your rise was really due to O, then your temps will be staying up. but the truth is, because of disturbance to your regular pattern, you could get a rise tomorrow and not really know for sure if you O'd today or the day before.

if your TTC naturally, i'd probably BMS for the next few days until you know what's really going on.

OPK's would probably be helpful too.

i'd also like to add that you technically had enough of a jump in temp on cd 13 & cd 14 to have considered those days for O as well. the problem really is you started temping pretty late to be certain based on temps alone.

i know you didn't note any, but did you notice any ewcm at any time?

i would go forward with BMS'ing as if you haven't O'd yet.

unfortunately i think your day of "sleeping in" might've really confused things this cycle.
