Hi all.How should I calculate my cycle length?I count the day I get my periods previous month as day 1.Should I include the day I get my periods this month in the count or should i stop with the day before my period day?

ab...the day you get AF is cd 1. you start counting dpo's (day past ovulation) beginning the day after you've O. when your next AF starts, that's a new cycle. the last day of the previous cycle is the day before you get AF.
