Anyone take prometrium vaginally? If so, do you have sex while on it?

diane...when i was on the supp's i would take one in the Am and one right before bed. on a night where i knew we would have sex i put off taking my progest until afterward. there's no harm in having sex while you use it, but i'd imagine it would get pretty messy if you put it in before

I wait until after we have sex to do the insertion since it is messy all on it's own! LOL

that's what i figured i would do...but sometimes i dont think we will, and we do. i'll just try to read things better...LOL!! but doubt it'll happen when it's already in...dh wouldn't like that...

i would have to agree with that. it sounds so unromantic, but when you are ttc sex isnt very romantic anyway...more of a chore. my dh doesnt seem to mind when i ask him if we are going to do it or not...and usually says yes...lol.

I really dont have a problem with asking, but I would like to avoid that...we're told when to have sex enough as it is, that kinda helps to kill the romance when I start asking... Thanks ladies!! I'm not too worried about it anymore - I'll either wait and see and then do the med, or just do it when I know we wont...
