My beta finally went WAY down
Hi:
I found out what yesterday's beta # was.....5. I'm starting to feel a little bit better already....as at least I now KNOW and can start accepting it. I'm glad that I got in earlier for the b/w! And, the bleeding has stopped entirely now too, as of yesterday. Finally! So.....here's a dumb question: I know that I should wait at least one month....but, since I'm going to be trying to temp, is there any benefit to starting that this month? I mean, I know that I can't even begin to figure what CD I'm on....but, would it be worth it to start tracking the readings? What do you think? Thx, LAMom

Hi LAMom: I am really glad to hear that your body is healing on its own. {{{HUGS}}}
I would definitely start temping if you are up for it. You could just record the temps and the dates and not worry about cds. And you might be surprised to find that you get right back cycling again. With both of my m/cs, my body treated the m/c like AF and I just picked up with ovulation again. Maybe it was a few days later than usual, but because my O tended to shift around, it didn't seem unusual. I hope you can be back trying again soon. {{{HUGS}}} and good luck! +++++++++++++++++++++ Maura |

i ditto what maura has said LaMom. i picked up first day of bleeding as cd 1 and my body just picked up as if it were a regular AF.
temping would be a great idea as it'll tell you what your body is doing. keep us posted

*HUGS* I'm sorry about the beta. I remember how hard that can all be...
I would say it's totally up to you. I didn't start temping right away, but I did start before my next AF. I just wanted to get in the habit. I dont think it really showed me much, other than a typical temp for me... Good luck!! |

preg ment
I think their right about the body taking m/c as AF. My best friend had a m/c last month and called me yesterday to report she is preggo. She says she knows when it happened b/c that was the only day of BMS. Her Dr. wasn't surprised at all. Sorry for your m/c and I pray you'll get your BFP soon. Big hugs...Shanna

LAMom - So sorry the beta number was down, except to the extent that it allows you to heal and feel better. I know it still sucks though.
I agree with those below - temp and see what happens. Do what feels right to you. Good luck! Beth |
